We're getting a really weak connection at the back of the English office in room216. We have to connect ourselves to BPS-chrome; the machines are not automatically connecting (yes, even after a restart or reboot). ​

​I've been having trouble casting and maintaining volume and video quality in Room 214 lately. I tried turning off/on the tv, stopping and starting casting, and closing other desktop files but not working in a usable way.

​My left monitor keeps going blank, shutting off and then restarting itself. This previously happened occastionally, and yesterday got to as much as 4-5 an hour.  I checked the connections and Becky came down and checked more connections. Happened again this morning.  Note: I do not lose data fortunately.

​My PA speaker sounds like it's "off the hook"- there's a constant white noise sound coming from it and a red light that blinks.

​The Keypad on my Chromebook works inconsistently. I try to use the pad to move the cursor and it is not responding. There is a blue teardrop that shows up under the cursor or blinking line when I try to move it.

​I'm sorry if I'm sending this 2x. My projector has not been working properly. The connection in the wall is loose which I think is the main problem. The projector loses the image every few seconds. The screen also has a faint red grid-like pattern in the background.

Please change the "sleep" settings on the monitor/computer that shows the security cameras.  It turns itself off all day long.  Thank you.​

​My mouse on my computer screen/ my track pad is "glitchy" and making it difficult to work on my computer. Sometimes it works but often times it highlights random parts of the screen and is delayed or sometimes doesn't respond at all.

​UPDATE - Have determined that that flickering of the screen when I am connected by wires so I have access to the touch screen, which I use all the time, is not caused by the wire being faulty.  I have tried several other wires and the screen still flickers.  I have also restarted my computer and that did not resolve the issue.  The flickering began when the screencast were installed.  In my classroom I use the touch screen all the time.  If removing the screencast would resolve this issue I would rather go without the screencast in my room.  Thank you!

The wire on my desk has finally been disconnected! This means the desk will be moved this week (requesting Wednesday) and my monitors, computer and phones will need to be moved as well.  Hoping you can come on the same day so we can have a smooth and safe transition.  Thank you! Kathy

​on my chromebook, I try to go into CPI training but it comes up at restricted, by the districts internet filter policy.  User Rathbonel@barringtonschools.org.

I started the training on my desk top, but it doesn't have a speaker which the training needs.

When I go to cast using the 3 dots up in the corner, the monitor goes black and fails to cast.

​I am still having the same problem that I can not cast.  It will either not connect or it constantly drops.  Now it will say aw snap can't connect.

​I have a casting issue that Mike has tried to fix twice.  Some videos cast but some don't.  Sometimes a video starts to cast and then drops.
