Did you reboot?  It sounds too simple, but turning a device off and back on again actually takes care of a number of IT-related issues.  Rebooting or powering off is generally always one of the first steps taken when troubleshooting IT issues. If you are having an issue, turn your machine off, wait 10 seconds and turn it back on.  It could save you a lot of time. If you are still having an issue after you’ve rebooted, please make sure to enter a tech request. If you don’t regularly reboot your device, we also recommend powering off at least at the end of the day on Fridays.
